1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Remark Homes & Commercial Services Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Remark Homes & Commercial Services Inc. provides a variety of property care services, including but not limited to residential and commercial cleaning, moving and delivery, lawn care, snow removal, handyman services, and high-tech home inspections. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your final quote or service agreement.

3. Booking and Execution

  • Estimates/Quotes: All given quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final prices may adjust if the scope of work significantly differs upon arrival.
  • Scheduling: We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic) may cause delays, and we will communicate any changes promptly.
  • Access: The client is responsible for providing our team with necessary access to the property at the scheduled service time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise outlined in a commercial contract. We accept major credit cards and offer flexible payment integrations (such as Afterpay). Late payments may be subject to additional fees as detailed in your specific service invoice.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee, up to 50% of the estimated service cost. Repeated late cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

6. Liability and Damages

We are fully insured and bonded. While our staff takes the utmost care while performing services, accidents occasionally happen. Please report any suspected damage within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable structures, or items that are improperly secured.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make arrangements to address the specific issue at no additional cost.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last updated. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
